Basmati Rice is a whole grain, long-grain rice. Slightly nutty in flavor, basmati rice cooks in a classic 2:1 ratio (2 cups rice to 1 cup of water) and cooks in approximately 15-20 minutes. Basmati rice can be used in variety of recipes, such as side dishes, salads, rice pudding, and much more.
